I checked the option to resume uploading in BPFTP, yet it doesn't work. Why? Is if safe to say that if a site supports resume downloading, it will support resume uploading?
Actually, resume uploading is not nearly as commonly supported as resume downloading. This is because resume uploading presents a security risk because users could theoretically resume files that are already complete and could possibly corrupt them (whether by accident or not). If you can't resume an upload it is most likely that the server simply won't let you so you have to the file from the beginning, if you want to resume upload you should talk to the site administrator...
